Yesterday was the third solar term of spring, "Awakening of Insects," marking the beginning of mid-spring. The weather turns warmer around the Awakening of Insects, and the rainfall starts to increase. The weather changes greatly during the period of Awakening of Insects , so you need to pay attention to changes in temperature and prevent seasonal diseases such as colds.

Dew changes to frost, autumn ends, and winter arrives.  Tomorrow is the "Frost" solar term, the final solar term of fall, which indicates rising chilly weather and the emergence of the first frost.  At this time, the temperature difference between day and night is large, leaving the body vulnerable to cold.  It is critical to stay warm and nourish the body in preparation for winter.
