Caring for the Roadside Scavengers
"Auntie, hello! Would you like some bread? We have some leftover bread that we can give you!" A volunteer approached the scavenger old woman who was sorting cardboard on the side of the road. "Thank you! You can just leave it on the side, I'll have it after I'm done."
Every day, a lot of leftover food is wasted, and you are the most important little helper, sending the still edible food to those in need. We collect leftover bread and lunchboxes from various districts every week, would you be willing to spend a little time to join us in this food-saving and helping effort?
We invite you to register as a volunteer, and with everyone contributing their own efforts, our actions can continue.
